Terms and Conditions

1. 1. Eligibility:
      
      • • This contest is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and are legal residents of the “the United States”
      • • Employees of the Diocese of Orlando, their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

1. 1. Entry Requirements:
      
      • • To enter, participants must complete the entry ticket with their full name and contact information.
      • • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

1. 1. Ticket Prices
      
      • • 1 for $5
      • • 5 for $20
      • • 10 for $40
      • • 15 for $60
      • • 20 for $80
      • • 25 for $100
      • • 30 for $120
      • • 50 for $200

1. 1. Prizes:
      
      • • The prizes are as follows:
          
          • • 1st Prize: $1000
          • • 2nd Prize: $750
          • • 3rd Prize: $500

      • • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
      • • Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.

1. 1. Drawing and Notification:
      
      • • The winners will be randomly selected on January 18, 2026.
      • • Winners will be notified via “phone or email” within “5 business days” of the drawing.
      • • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within “10 business days”, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

      • • By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to allow St Peter Catholic Church to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

1. 1. Disqualification:
      
      • • St Peter Catholic Church reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or does not comply with these terms and conditions.
      • • Any attempt to manipulate the contest process will result in immediate disqualification.
      • • This ticket is void if altered, damaged, or tampered with.

      • • St Peter Catholic Church is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by participants, technical errors, or any other issues beyond their control.
      • • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless St Peter Catholic Church, its affiliates, sponsors, supporters, and employees from any liability related to the contest or the prizes.

      • • This contest and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

      • • St Peter Catholic Church reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

      • • Personal information collected from participants will only be used for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

      • • Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification.
      • • Winners may be required to present valid identification to claim their prize.
