Liability Release: In consideration of the right to participate, entrants, participants and spectators by execution of this registration form, release and discharge St. Peter Catholic Church, West Volusia Council #6274 Knights of Columbus, Sponsors and their officers, clergy, directors, and anyone else connected with the management and/or presentation of this K of C Car Show from any and all known and unknown damages whatsoever that may be suffered by an entrant or their guest to his or her person or property.

Furthermore, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all the foregoing entities, persons, and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants, assisting or cooperating with entrant and under the direct control of the entrant.
