Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • This contest is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and are legal residents of the “the United States”
   • Employees of the Diocese of Orlando, their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Requirements:
   • To enter, participants must complete the entry ticket with their full name and contact information.
   • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
3. Ticket Prices
   • 1 for $5
   • 5 for $20
   • 10 for $40
   • 15 for $60
   • 20 for $80
   • 25 for $100
   • 30 for $120
   • 50 for $200
4. Prizes:
   • The prizes are as follows:
     • 1st Prize: $1000
     • 2nd Prize: $750
     • 3rd Prize: $500
   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
   • Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.
5. Drawing and Notification:
   • The winners will be randomly selected on October 13, 2024.
   • Winners will be notified via “phone or email” within “5 business days” of the drawing.
   • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within “10 business days”, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
6. Publicity:
   • By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to allow St Peter Catholic Church to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
7. Disqualification:
   • St Peter Catholic Church reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or does not comply with these terms and conditions.
   • Any attempt to manipulate the contest process will result in immediate disqualification.
   • This ticket is void if altered, damaged, or tampered with.
8. Liability:
   • St Peter Catholic Church is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by participants, technical errors, or any other issues beyond their control.
   • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless St Peter Catholic Church, its affiliates, sponsors, supporters, and employees from any liability related to the contest or the prizes.
9. Governing Law or Disputes:
   • This contest and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
10. Changes to Terms:
    • St Peter Catholic Church reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
11. Privacy:
    • Personal information collected from participants will only be used for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
12. Prize Redemption:
    • Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification.
    • Winners may be required to present valid identification to claim their prize.
13. Non-Transferability:
    • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
14. Tax Liability:
    • Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.
15. Organizers’ Rights:
    • This ticket is void if altered, damaged, or tampered with.
16. Acceptance of Terms:
    • By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
